“Every day of our lives, we’re telling and thinking of our own future,” said Dennis Evangelista, the International SMDC Director based in the United States.

On March 30, at Mekeni Restaurant in Artesia, Dennis made a presentation of the SMDC projects.  But that day, he was only focused on a new project: The Gold Residences, which is located across the NAIA Terminal 1 in the Philippines.

Dennis explained the benefits of pre-selling units and offered 42 months of monthly payments on the down payment on the unit.  After his elaborate presentation of the project, he turned over the face-to-face and individual interviews to the eight SMDC Director/Brokers who just arrived from the Philippines.

Combined with songs, jokes, and sense of humor, the presentation of the Gold Residences became even livelier and prompted the guests to inquire and make reservations on the units.

For more inquiries, you may give Dennis Evangelista a call at 562-579-9487 and he will direct you to the right party who attended to you during the seminar on March 30.

The party was “en grande” with so much food and desserts.  All the relatives, in-laws, cousin, nephews, nieces and friends were in attendance and enjoyed all the foods served.  A happy, happy birthday Gerry!
